We understand that running a restaurant is hard, here is when we come in. Many owners are not sure where to start or may be unsure of what needs focus. Our team will come in and assess FOH/BOH and back office. A full evaluation will be performed and results will be weighted. Client has the ability to choose where they would like to start. This incorporates more of an “at your own pace” race. Although we suggest changes be implemented as soon as possible. You have the ability to incorporate any and/or all suggestions at your own leisure.
